CANCELLATIONS and NON ARRIVAL POLICY

Cancellations prior to 14 days before arrival, guest will receive payment refund, minus $50.00 administration fee and minus 2.2% transaction fee.

Cancellation after 14 days prior to arrival, guest will forfeit their payment.

Cancellation to any bookings must be made in writing.

Failure to arrive at WestbrookMerredin will be treated as a no-show and the full tariff will be forfeited.
